practice policies.

  • In order to best serve our members and keep things running smoothly, please be courteous and provide notice of at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. This ensures efficiency and helps other practice members waiting to get an appointment time.

“No Shows” on First Time Visit’s will be charged $50.

For regular practice member visits, cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours of your appointment and no shows will be charged the FULL amount of the service booked using the payment information on file. The simplest way to cancel/reschedule is through our online scheduling system that you have access to here. An email, text, or social media message does not qualify as a cancellation, as we do not always regularly check those messages. If you run into any issues, please call our office at (254) 294-7671 for assistance.

  • We must adhere to the time allotted for your appointment to respect our time and the time of all practice members. We kindly ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This allows for a worry-free arrival with a few moments to relax. Your appointment time is blocked off for you, and no one else. If you are even 5 minutes late to your appointment, there is less time for us to review your health goals, discuss how your nervous system responded to your last adjustment, perform a thorough neurospinal analysis and deliver an adjustment. We understand that life happens and we do our best to extend grace to all the families we serve, but with appointments scheduled every 10 minutes, you've already missed half your appointment. To accommodate other practice members with appointments after you, we will shorten your appointment time if you arrive late or reschedule your visit depending on the schedule that day.

  • Payments are due at the time of service or as agreed upon at the beginning of your care. For your convenience, we can keep a debit or credit card on file. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards, including HSA and Flex Spending cards.

We do not provide diagnostic codes or superbills for the purpose of insurance reimbursement. However, we are happy to provide an itemized receipt for your records. If you desire to receive care, we will make every attempt to provide an affordable payment arrangement.

First time appointment “No call/No shows” will be charged the $50 non-refundable deposit.

No call/no shows for regular visits will be charged for their service in full.

There will be a $40 charge on returned checks.

    We appreciate your understanding.

  • There are two main factors that are essential for healing to take place: time & repetition. Memberships provide you a way to receive consistent, nervous system based chiropractic care that allows you the support needed to overcome health challenges and reach your wellness goals. Though recommended, memberships are not a requirement to receive care. We will communicate all of your financial options with you at your second visit.
